Every provider can see children & young adults up to 21 years old, but some providers can see up to 26 years old while transitioning to an adult primary care provider.
Every provider here at Bayside believes in vaccinations and follows the recommended schedule per AAP.
We have evening hours until 7pm and are open Saturdays until 2pm
During business hours, you can speak with the Nurse advice line or leave a message and staff will call you back in between patients.
In addition to the 24/7 Nurse advice line, we have an on-call provider that can be reached if needed. This service is for emergencies or acute problems that cannot wait until regular office hours.
Prior to your appointment, we ask that you complete self-check-in & any assigned behavioral/developmental screenings through CHADIS. These both will be sent a few days prior as two separate texts/emails. Doing this prior to your appointment allows for a quicker process upon arrival.
You can talk with your provider through the patient portal (typical turnaround is 2 business days) or you can call or email us.
Much of your medical record can be accessed through the patient portal, myPrivia, if there are records you cannot access, you simply need to call us or message us.
For any blood work, we would send you to the lab of your choice: Labcorp or Quest. Both have locations in Annapolis.
Yes, we have two IBCLC’s available almost every day and this visit is billed to your insurance. See the lactation page for further information.
Yes, we diagnose and treat ADHD, anxiety, & depression. We also provide resources for additional supportive therapies. See the behavioral/developmental health page for further info.
Yes, virtual visits are available for some sick visits, consults, and behavioral health visits.
Yes, in-house translation services are available most days/hours.
We accept most major insurances, but please check under patient resources for a list or give us a call to confirm your benefits.
We welcome self-pay patients and will help you understand costs up front. Many of our in-office treatments are surprisingly affordable, and we believe financial concerns should never keep you from receiving care.
We understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes come up. Please call us as soon as you can and we will work to reschedule you. We reserve the right to charge a fee for no-shows, missed appointments, or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) with the fees listed on our website.
