Holly Lavender is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing in this role at Perry Family Practice since 2015. Prior to this she worked as an RN at the hospital, working in the ICU, ER and the medical surgical floor for 8 years. She received her Undergraduate degree at Georgia Southern University and her Graduate degree at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She lives in Perry, GA with her husband and two children.
