Biography

Luisa Johnson is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in an array of clinical settings. She obtained her nursing degree from State College of Florida, Manatee and her Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University. As a nurse, she worked in the ER, cardiac ICU, Home Health, and Moffitt Cancer Center.

After obtaining her NP, she excelled for years in Dr. Ness’ family medicine clinic in Tallahassee gaining a wide breadth of experience with adults, pediatrics, and women’s health. She then moved on to become a reputable provider in the aesthetics industry, known for her mastery of Botox and fillers. After managing Allure Spa, she decided to return to family medicine where she feels fulfilled by the relationships she has with patients and making a positive impact in their health. She takes the time and effort to get to the root of the problem with each patient. She has been at Quail Ridge for the past year and has helped numerous patients tackle their chronic conditions.

Luisa lives with her husband, Bryan, two teenage boys, Cooper and Jake, and two dogs. She can be found in a large fisherman’s hat tending to her luscious garden full of sponges and peppers or talking to her egg-laying girls in their coup.
