Biography
Fortunata S. Condecido, FNP, with her nickname “Nanette”, graduated with honors from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1990. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia in 2010. She was board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner in February 2011. She also completed the required training and testing as a certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation (DOT) through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) on June 19, 2013, to be able to perform physical qualification examinations for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers.
