ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS!!
We are asking everyone to arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you are scheduled to meet with your provider in order to confirm all of your information and get your weight and blood pressure to have you ready for your provider as scheduled.
If you just quickly note, your final automated reminder will say "See you at "your scheduled appointment time", but that is NOT CORRECT; we do require you to arrive no later than 15 minutes to be able to honor your appointment as scheduled. Additionally, if you need to add to the service you're scheduled for, PLEASE call ahead to ensure that we can accommodate your needs in the time allotted.
