Dr. Boeta-Lopez enjoys all things outdoors, including hiking, bird watching, and catch-and-release fishing. He and his wife, Lauren, hope to one day hike mountain trails overseas and experience the natural beauty of the world.

Biography

Dr. Gustavo Boeta-Lopez was born in Ciudad Victoria, Mexico. Where he spent most of his time working and caring for the family’s farm. He then moved to South Texas and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Boeta-Lopez completed his Family Medicine Residency at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, TX. Dr. Boeta-Lopez is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with patients of all ages. He takes pride in providing thoughtful, individualized care and strives to make each visit a positive and meaningful experience. His clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, and office-based procedures—areas where he feels he can make a lasting difference in his patients' lives
