Biography

Dr. Simon earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Johns Hopkins University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine. She then completed her pediatric residency at Robert Wood Johnson Rutgers Pediatric Residency Program before beginning her career as an outpatient pediatrician in Stafford, Virginia.

In the spring of 2025, Dr. Simon joined the McCuiston Group with the goal of practicing in Washington, D.C., a city at the center of child health policy, advocacy, and health equity — areas that closely align with her professional interests and long-term career goals.

Outside of the office, Dr. Simon enjoys spending time with her family, studying the Bible, volunteering, and exploring the latest biking trails throughout Northern Virginia.
