Biography

Dr. Achinefu is a dedicated pediatrician committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and family-centered care to children and adolescents. He earned his medical degree from the University of Calabar in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, and completed his pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital/University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock Arkansas.

Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Achinefu has gained clinical experience at Neshoba Hospital in Neshoba, Mississippi, and Arnot Medical Center where he worked as the vice chairman of the pediatric department. These experiences have contributed to his commitment to delivering thoughtful, individualized care to his patients and supporting families through every stage of their child’s growth and development.

Dr. Achinefu believes that every child deserves attentive, compassionate care in a welcoming environment. He values building trusting relationships with parents and caregivers, listening to their concerns, and working collaboratively with families to promote healthy growth, development, and overall well-being.
