Our myPrivia Patient Portal has a new, modern look and improved navigation to help patients access their health information or message their provider.

Experience an enhanced, easy-to-use online Epion self-check-in process that captures and updates your insurance card images, medication changes, and payments. The improved Bill-Pay experience allows you to view a detailed summary of your amount due and pay with the convenience of a saved credit card.

My Gene History  – Capturing a personal and family history of cancer is something we believe is very important to your management care plan. We do this before all appointments. This survey takes 5 minutes to complete. Genetic testing is also available in the office.

Epion Check In Procedure – This flyer introduces you to our new smartphone check in procedure for all patient visits prior to your appointment – both new and returning patients. If you don’t have access to a smartphone, you can forward the link to your desktop for completion.

Informations supplied by your physician during a visit are located in the Patient Portal under the My Health section. Then click on Learning Materials.

Our billing is managed by Privia. Please contact the billing department at (888) 774-8428 for assistance. They will be happy to answer your questions, set up a payment plan or take your payment over the phone using a credit card.
