Biography

Heidi Poole, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stevenson University and her Master of Science in Nursing from George Mason University.

With a diverse clinical background, Heidi has extensive experience caring for patients in high-acuity and post-surgical settings, including Surgical Trauma Intensive Care, Medical Intensive Care, and Emergency Departments. Throughout her career, she has served as a Registered Nurse, a Critical Care Emergency Responder, A Preceptor, and a Peer Educator, demonstrating a strong commitment to clinical excellence, leadership, and mentorship.

Drawing on her broad experience in medical, critical, and emergency care, Heidi is passionate about partnering with patients to promote health, prevent illness, and provide evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs. She is committed to building trusting relationships and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys working in her yard, exploring arts and crafts projects, and spending quality time with her family and two dogs. Her nurturing character and dedication to caring for others extend beyond her profession and into all aspects of her life.
