Biography

Nirali Shah, MSPAS, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with a clinical background in sexual and reproductive health care. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes education and shared decision-making.

Originally from Michigan, Nirali spent part of her childhood living in India, which shaped her multicultural perspective and deepened her passion for inclusive, accessible care. She is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and conversational in Spanish—allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients and families.

Nirali believes in empowering patients through education and fostering open, collaborative communication to support informed decisions and holistic health outcomes. Her approach to care is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each individual's unique needs.

After spending the past few years in Los Angeles, Nirali recently relocated to DC with her husband.
