Emily enjoys teaching and practicing yoga at Zen Rabbit Yoga in Travelers Rest. Emily is also a certified YogaVoice® teacher. Living right off the trail in downtown TR, she enjoys early morning runs with friends, and walks with her husband Stefan and their dog Heidi.
