Childbirth Education Class

The Childbirth Education class is 3 hours and covers 3rd-trimester pregnancy, labor and birth, warning signs, comfort measures & relaxation, medications, cesarean birth basics, and postpartum expectations.

Class Time: 5:30pm to 8:30pm

We recommend that you take classes and a tour of the hospital in your second or early third trimester. Tours of the hospital are free and you can register at www.virginiahospitalcenter.com.

How to Register for the class:

1. Email Healthcare For Women at obgyndrs@aol.com and specify what class date you would like to register for.
2. You will receive an approval registration email from Healthcare For Women.  The email will contain information on how to pay for the class.
3. You will receive a follow-up email prior to the class start date.
