Biography

Dr. Judith Rozier Cox received her doctorate in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrated Health, formerly known as TAI Sophia Institute based in Laurel, Maryland. She has been treating in Montgomery County since 2004. Prior to her Masters program, she earned a Bachelor in Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University. In addition to acupuncture, she has studied Nutrition, Tai Qi, Qi Gong, Swedish massage and Zero Balancing.

After working as a Mental Health Counselor on an Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Unit for years, she saw the negative side effects of so many medications administered. This led her to research more holistic methods of healing. She is passionate about not only treating the body, but also the mind and spirit as well. Judith has a great deal of experience in treating patient suffering from anxiety and depression, pain and infertility concerns. She is excited about this work and is ready to partner with you in your journey toward wellness.
