Important Telehealth Notice for Traditional Medicare Patients

Effective October 1, 2025, new federal legislation requires that all Traditional Medicare patients be seen in person and will no longer be covered for virtual/telehealth visits. This change does not apply to patients who have Medicare Advantage plans.

At this time, we ask that all Medicare patients schedule their appointments in person until further notice. The only exceptions are for Behavioral Health and Nutrition visits, which may continue via telehealth or in person.
We are exploring an option that would allow patients to pay out of pocket for virtual visits (estimated cost: $128–$327.50). If this option becomes available, patients will be required to complete an Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) electronically before their virtual visit.
