Biography

Erica Swingholm Mireles is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families.  

Erica offers bilingual therapy in English and Spanish and works with ages 13 and older. Her trauma-informed practice addresses a wide range of concerns — including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, parenting issues, and personal growth. She provides S.A.F.E. (Somatic Attachment Focused) EMDR therapy and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method, Polyvagal Theory, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

Over her career, Erica has worked across agency, school-based, and healthcare settings — giving her a rich, multidimensional perspective on healing and human resilience.
