Biography

Sydney is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who brings an exceptional depth of experience and a compassionate heart to our practice. Her journey in pediatric medicine began right here in the Pacific Northwest, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland and, later, her Master of Science and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Oregon Health & Science University. Sydney’s career is defined by a lifelong dedication to the well-being of children, and she is delighted to welcome newborns and growing families into her care.

Sydney’s clinical foundation is built on 11 years of experience as a pediatric nurse, caring for children and leading teams in hospital-based Pediatric Units and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU). For the past 6 years, she has channeled that expertise into her work as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. During this time, she has specialized in comprehensive primary care for patients from birth to 21 years old, as well as navigating complex medical and behavioral health needs for individuals struggling with eating disorders as the medical provider on a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Known for her warmth and attention to detail, Sydney aims to leave no stone unturned when it comes to a child's health. She is passionate about treating the whole child, with a particular interest in learning about her patients' hopes and dreams, then exploring how they can partner to help make them a reality. Ultimately, she strives to ensure that every child feels heard and every parent feels empowered.

Beyond the clinic, Sydney enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, baking, and spending quality time with family and friends. A dedicated community volunteer, her time supporting Foster Parents' Night Out was a true highlight during her time in the Portland Metro Area. Sydney is honored to join your family’s healthcare village and looks forward to helping your children grow and thrive.
