Biography

Jackie Valdez, APRN, FNP-C is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has 10 years of diverse nursing experience across multiple healthcare settings such as LTAC, Acute/Post Acute Rehabilitation and Plastic Surgery, before continuing her schooling to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of the Incarnate Word and earned her graduate degree from The University of Texas at Arlington with Sigma Theta Tau International Honors. As a nurse practitioner, she focused on primary care and pediatrics, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to the patients and families she serves.

She joined The Woodlands Allergy Clinic in January 2026 and is passionate about educating and supporting families with allergies to improve their health and well-being.

Married with three children and two pets, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, exploring the outdoors, and baking.
