Initial Infertility Evaluation and Counseling
Evaluation may include medical history, menstrual history, ovulation assessment, hormone testing, ovarian reserve assessment, pelvic ultrasound, semen analysis coordination, and discussion of next steps.
ExEm Foam Sonohysterography
ExEm foam testing is an in-office ultrasound-based procedure used to evaluate tubal patency. It may be a comfortable alternative to traditional hysterosalpingography for appropriate patients.
Uterine Cavity Assessment
We evaluate the uterine cavity for polyps, fibroids, adhesions, or congenital abnormalities that may contribute to infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss.
Ovulation Induction
For patients with ovulatory disorders or unexplained infertility, medications such as letrozole or clomiphene may be used with appropriate monitoring.
