Pregnancy is one of the most meaningful journeys in a woman’s life. At OBGYN Nova Sky Houston Clinic, we provide comprehensive, compassionate care throughout your pregnancy journey, from preconception counseling to delivery and postpartum support. Our goal is to help every mother feel informed, supported, and confident while working toward a safe and positive experience for both mother and baby.

We offer complete prenatal care with regular visits, appropriate monitoring, ultrasounds, lab testing, education, and individualized delivery planning. Dr. Aalipour supports vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery when medically needed, while respecting each patient’s preferences and birth goals.
For patients with a history of cesarean delivery who desire a vaginal birth in a future pregnancy, Dr. Aalipour offers individualized counseling regarding trial of labor after cesarean, also known as TOLAC, and vaginal birth after cesarean, also known as VBAC. When clinically appropriate, we review the patient’s prior delivery history, type of uterine incision, operative records when available, medical risk factors, current pregnancy details, and personal goals. Our approach is based on shared decision-making, respect for the patient’s preferences, and careful attention to the safety of both mother and baby.
Some pregnancies require closer monitoring because of conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, advanced maternal age, prior pregnancy complications, multiple gestation, or other medical concerns. We provide careful assessment, counseling, and coordination with maternal-fetal medicine specialists when needed.
Twin and higher-order pregnancies require specialized attention. We provide frequent monitoring, ultrasound evaluation, growth assessment, and individualized delivery planning.
We support patients before conception, throughout pregnancy, during delivery, and through the postpartum period. Care may include preconception counseling, pregnancy planning, routine prenatal care, labor support, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and emotional wellness screening.
Ectopic pregnancy requires prompt diagnosis and careful treatment. Depending on the situation, treatment may include medication or minimally invasive surgery. When appropriate, Dr. Aalipour may offer advanced minimally invasive approaches, including vNOTES (scarless surgery).
Most patients schedule their first prenatal visit around 8 weeks of pregnancy, although earlier evaluation may be recommended for pain, bleeding, prior pregnancy complications, high-risk conditions, or uncertainty about dating.
