Office Procedures

Many gynecologic procedures can be performed comfortably and conveniently in the office, reducing the need for hospital visits and allowing patients to receive timely evaluation and treatment in a familiar setting.

Hysteroscopy and Uterine Biopsy

In-office hysteroscopy allows direct visualization of the uterine cavity. It may be used to evaluate abnormal bleeding, polyps, fibroids, or other uterine concerns. Endometrial biopsy may be performed when indicated.

Hysteroscopic Polyp and Fibroid Removal

Small uterine polyps or select fibroids may be removed through the cervix using hysteroscopic techniques, without external incisions.

Colposcopy and Cervical Biopsy

Colposcopy is a detailed examination of the cervix after abnormal Pap smear or HPV results. Biopsies may be taken if needed.

Gynecologic Biopsy

Office biopsies may include endometrial, cervical, vulvar, or vaginal biopsy depending on symptoms and examination findings.

Dilation and Curettage

D&C may be performed for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, including selected cases of abnormal bleeding or miscarriage management.

Pelvic and Pregnancy Ultrasound

We provide ultrasound imaging for pelvic organs, early pregnancy confirmation, pregnancy monitoring, ovarian cysts, fibroids, and other gynecologic concerns.

Vulvar and Vaginal Rejuvenation Procedures

We provide selected in-office aesthetic gynecology procedures in a private and professional setting.
