2026 Flu Vaccine Clinic & COVID-19 Vaccine: Moderna Spikevax Available

Flu season is just around the corner, and Rockville Internal Medicine Group is now accepting appointments for our 2026 Flu Vaccine Clinics!

Getting your flu vaccine each year is one of the best ways to help protect yourself and those around you during flu season. You can also receive your flu vaccine during any regular office visit at RIMG.

Protect Yourself This Flu Season

In addition to getting vaccinated, everyday healthy habits can help reduce your risk of getting or spreading the flu:

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Stay home when you are feeling ill.
Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.

Flu Vaccines Available at RIMG

We are offering several flu vaccine options based on age. All of our flu vaccines are preservative-free and safe for individuals with egg allergies.

Fluzone High-Dose: For patients age 65 and older
Flublok (egg-free): For patients ages 50–64
Fluzone: For patients under age 50

COVID-19 Vaccine Update

RIMG currently has the Moderna Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine in stock.

Pharmacies have also begun receiving this season's Moderna mNEXSPIKE COVID-19 vaccine. We will provide additional information when mNEXSPIKE becomes available at RIMG.

Please note that COVID-19 is the only vaccine, other than flu, that can be administered during our Flu Vaccine Clinics. All other vaccines require a separate nurse visit.
