Full time position is responsible for billing daily charges, claims follow up. Hours are M – F, 8 – 5. Requirements include: general knowledge of insurance, computer proficiency, detail oriented, good telephone skills, and ability to work independently, work well with other departments & meet deadlines. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes a plus.

Full-time position seeking individual with a demonstrated passion for working with people, high level of integrity, discretion, poise, and professionalism, at work and outside of work. Excels in fast paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include working closely with the Administrator in various aspects of the business, meeting prep including attending and taking minutes, assisting with the retirement program, marketing, insurance renewals, and assuring physician credentials remain current. Requires strong computer, Microsoft Office Suite, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work outside of business hours for meetings and marketing events.

Full-time position with benefits. Seeking a professional, reliable, dependable individual who demonstrates personal initiative, a positive attitude and able to multi-task.

Position responsible for rooming patients and performing work-up tasks in preparation for physician to see the patient. Will include cross training for reception desk. Position offers opportunities for career development and advancement. Bi-lingual a plus.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
and an occasional Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm.
