Current Career Opportunities

This full-time position is responsible for billing daily charges, claims follow up. Requirements include: general knowledge of insurance, computer proficiency, detail oriented, good telephone skills, and ability to work independently, work well with other departments & meet deadlines. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes a plus.

Hours: M – F, 8 am – 5 pm with an occasional Saturday 8 am – 12 pm.

  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Valid Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program

This full-time position is responsible for all aspects of prior authorization of medical services through insurance companies for a multi-specialty clinic including pre-cert, referrals, & payment arrangements. Medical office experience, computer proficiency with experience in on-line activities, and excellent communication skills required. Also required is at least one year of experience of working with medical health insurance payers and prior authorizations.

Hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm.

This full-time position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Bi-lingual preferred.

Hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm with an occasional Saturday 8 am – 12 pm

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Efficiently navigate electronic medical record systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry

This full-time position supports our procurement and logistics operations to ensure the seamless delivery of medical supplies and equipment.

Hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm.

  • Source, negotiate, purchase, and deliver to internal departments medical and office supplies in alignment with company policies and needs.
  • Help evaluate, negotiate, and maintain supplier proposals; select cost-effective and reliable options under supervision of position manager.
  • Knowledge/experience with inventory management and software a plus.
  • Attention to detail, organized, fluent using the internet, Word, Excel
  • Ability to stand and move/deliver inventory including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive demeanor, and the ability to interact professionally in a fast-paced environment with vendors and team members.
