Current Career Opportunities

This is a full-time position in the ophthalmology department. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and dependable and who demonstrates personal initiative, a positive attitude and ability to multi-task. Position offers opportunities for career development andadvancement. We will pay for training. No prior experience required. Great opportunity to start a career in the medical field. Wage offer is based on experience. Bi-lingual a plus Hours are M-F, 8-5.

Full-time position. Hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm with an occasional Saturday 8 am – 12 pm.

Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting.
Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations.
Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort.
Valid Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program

This full time position is responsible for billing daily charges, claims follow up. Hours are M – F, 8 – 5, with occasional Saturdays, 8 - 12. We are looking for a candidate with the following:

General knowledge of insurance
Computer proficiency, experience in EHR/EMR system a plus
Detail oriented
Good telephone skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
