Current Career Opportunities

Full-time position. Hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm with an occasional Saturday 8 am – 12 pm.

  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Valid Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program

Duties:

  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage
  • Collect and process payments for services rendered
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

  • Experience working in a medical office or providing medical administrative support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

For this full-time position, We are seeking a dedicated and reliable person to join our team. As a Patient Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Hours for position are M-F, 8-5, with a rotating Saturday schedule, 8-12.
