Current Career Opportunities

This is a full-time position in the ophthalmology department. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and dependable and who demonstrates personal initiative, a positive attitude and ability to multi-task. Position offers opportunities for career development andadvancement. We will pay for training. No prior experience required. Great opportunity to start a career in the medical field. Wage offer is based on experience. Bi-lingual a plus Hours are M-F, 8-5.

Full-time position. Hours: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm with an occasional Saturday 8 am – 12 pm.

  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical setting.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Valid Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program

This full time position is responsible for billing daily charges, claims follow up. Hours are M – F, 8 – 5, with occasional Saturdays, 8 - 12. We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • General knowledge of insurance
  • Computer proficiency, experience in EHR/EMR system a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Good telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
