When scheduling an appointment with a Visiting Provider, please let them know you would like to be seen at the Stephenville Medical & Surgical Clinic (SMSC) location.

All Visiting Providers, excluding Eye Care Consultants, and Dr. Taryn Turner and Dr. Joshua Martinez, see patients at 160 River North Blvd. Upon arriving at SMSC for your appointment, park and enter through the sliding glass doors and turn to your left after entering the building.

Pain Management: Dr. Eric Ray , Southlake Pain Center. Dr. Ray treats patients at SMSC the 1st and 3rd Monday morning of each month.
