Our Story
The physicians and staff of Kessler Women’s Healthcare would like to welcome you to our medical practice and share with you what makes Kessler Women’s Healthcare a unique and exceptional place to receive women’s health care services.
In 2008, the five founding partners left our solo practices to become Kessler Women’s Healthcare. We decided to purchase a space across from Methodist Dallas Medical Center, in the community that we love to serve. The renovated office at 1330 N Beckley Ave, officially opened in November of 2008 and we have been providing care for the women of this community since that time. The office is easily accessible from all over the DFW metroplex (and beyond!) with free, on-site parking available, but public transportation can also put you nearly on our doorstep. Our initial goal was to create a warm, welcoming environment in which to receive state of the art OB/Gyn care. Since inception, several of the founding partners have retired from private practice, but the two remaining physicians, along with our Physician Assistant and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, continue with that same vision in mind . . . excellent care in an inviting and tranquil space. Our Office
The difference is felt immediately when you arrive for your appointment. Our lobby is open and airy; the staff friendly and professional. We are fortunate that our team shares our desire to serve others. Our administrative staff are happy to provide any assistance you need in completing the required paperwork prior to your appointment, educate you in the intricacies of your particular insurance plan and coverage, and answer any questions you have about our practice. Many patients enjoy the peace of our lobby environment, but are also happy that our average wait time is less than 9 minutes!
Our Team
When that short wait is over, your medical assistant will personally escort you to our clinical area. Our medical assistants are a critical part of your healthcare team and are extremely professional and compassionate individuals. Each provider has a primary medical assistant who will be the warm face you see at each visit. But, our team environment also gives our clinical staff the flexibility to assist each other in providing exceptional patient care the Kessler Women’s Way. Our two physicians and two advanced practice providers are extensively trained and experienced specialists in obstetrical, gynecologic, and wellness care from adolescence into the postmenopausal years. Recognized experts in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, our physicians have been honored by their peers and patients as Best Doctors in Dallas by D Magazine and as Mom Approved by Dallas Child Magazine. In addition to their private practice work, they both provide OB Emergency care to patients at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and serve as resident physician educators, training future generations of physicians to carry on the legacy of excellent, compassionate care. They also serve in many capacities at Methodist Dallas and across the state of Texas to improve the quality of care provided to our maternal patient population, striving to improve the outcomes for birthing patients with particular focus on helping to decrease the disparities in care seen with our black and brown populations.
