Biography

A native Texan, Dr. Foxworth is originally from the Houston area. She received her undergraduate degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia and her medical degree from Medical College in Nashville, TN.

Following the completion of her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2003 at Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, she spent four years serving in the United States Army as an active duty military officer. She was the Chief of OB/Gyn at Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital at Ft. Polk, LA.

Dr. Foxworth returned to the Dallas area following her military service, and began her medical practice here in 2007.

She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as an active member of the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
