Dr. Roberts Practice Location Change Notice

September 29, 2026 

Dear Patient, 

Beginning November 1, 2026, I will be seeing patients exclusively at our Glen Rose location, The Clinic at Glen Rose located at 1009 NE Big Bend Trail, Glen Rose, TX 76043. 

While I am excited for the opportunity to practice closer to where I live, I will certainly miss seeing so many of my patients in Stephenville whom I have come to know well over the past seven years. 

For those who would like to continue seeing me, I would be honored to have you make the drive to Glen Rose. If you already have an appointment scheduled with me after November 1, your appointment date and time will remain the same; the only change will be the location. Your appointment will be at The Clinic at Glen Rose. 

The Glen Rose clinic is a satellite location of SMSC, so your medical records and other information will remain within the same system. There is nothing additional you need to do to continue your care with me. 

I also understand that a 35-mile drive is not practical for everyone. For those who prefer to continue receiving care at SMSC in Stephenville, the staff there will be happy to help arrange an appointment with one of my trusted colleagues.

It has truly been a pleasure to practice in Stephenville and a joy to care for so many wonderful people over these past seven years. The relationships I have developed with my patients mean a great deal to me, and I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me as your physician. 

I look forward to continuing to see many of you – literally just “down the road.” And to those whose care will remain in Stephenville, please know that I am grateful for the privilege of having been your physician.
