New Clinical Trial For Norovirus Vaccine: Now Accepting Participant Registration

Norovirus may be the furthest thing from your mind as you’re going about daily life. But this contagious illness can spread quickly through everyday social interactions and cause disruptive symptoms. Join the Nova 301 Vaccine trial to help Moderna evaluate an investigational vaccine for norovirus.

The investigation vaccine is an mRNA vaccine which aim to teach the body how to make a specific protein that may help your immune system prevent certain illnesses.

What to Expect?

  • This is a blinded, placebo trial which means participants are randomly assigned to get the investigation vaccine or a placebo.
  • The trial will last about 2 years.
  • Participants will have at least 6 clinic visits which includes providing blood samples and 6 phone calls.
  • Qualified participants will be compensated for trial-related time and travel.
