Inspire Integrative Medicine offers Eastern based holistic medicine to comple ment your comprehensive primary care. We achieve results through the practice of acupuncture, the insertion of thin needles through the skin at strategic points on the body, believed by traditional Chinese medicine to increase the flow of Qi. Acupuncture addresses a variety of conditions bringing mind-body balance and assisting with optimal wellness and disease prevention for a richer lifetime experience.
Services are offered by our Licensed Acupuncturist, Carla Arieta, DACM, L.Ac. Dr. Arieta holds a Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is a fellow member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. With over eleven years in healthcare, she brings a deep experience in pain management, preventive medicine, and evidence-based clinical research, bridging Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine practices together.

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese practice, which is based on the concept of balancing the body’s natural energy (known as Qi) which flows along pathways (called meridians). Thin needles are strategically placed along the meridians to stimulate the flow of Qi and restore balance.
