AFTER HOURS:
If you have a life threatening emergency please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have an URGENT medical need and wish to speak to the physician on call, please call our office at 972-473-2020 and follow the instructions. Our office shares call with a group of providers that are not part of our office, so you may not speak directly with Dr. Fleming or Dr. Jacoby. The answering service will contact the on-call doctor. A medical assistant will initially triage you before you speak to a physician.
Please do not call the answering service for prescription refills, appointment scheduling, re-scheduling or cancellations. Please call the office during normal business hours for these needs. If you call the physician for these non urgent needs you may receive a $75 bill.
